  • 30+ days before trip: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • 15-29 days: 50% refund
  • 8-14 days: 25% refund
  • 7 days or less: No refund

Cancellation by Wanderers’ Nest

Full refund or rebooking offered if we cancel due to natural disasters, government orders, or extreme weather.
