Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi to Rampur (overnight drive)

Overnight drive from Delhi via Chandigarh, Narkanda road. Arrive Rampur/Reckong Peo early morning.

Day 2

Rampur to Sangla Valley (2,621m)

Drive through the stunning Baspa Valley to Sangla village surrounded by apple and cherry orchards. Visit the ancient Kamru Fort.

Day 3

Sangla to Chitkul (3,450m)

Drive up the Baspa Valley to Chitkul u2014 the last inhabited village on the India-Tibet border. The most remote and beautiful village in Kinnaur.

Day 4

Chitkul to Kalpa (2,960m)

Return through Sangla to Kalpa, dramatically perched above the Sutlej gorge with direct views of Kinnaur Kailash (6,050m).

Day 5

Kalpa u2014 Full Day Exploration

Visit the Narayan-Nagini Temple, Suicide Point viewpoint, and apple orchards. Sunrise on Kinnaur Kailash is unforgettable.

Day 6

Kalpa to Delhi (overnight)

Drive back via Shimla. Overnight journey. Arrive Delhi by morning.
