Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
McLeod Ganj u2014 Acclimatisation
Arrive McLeod Ganj. Trek briefing, gear check, and technical skills orientation. Evening walk around McLeod Ganj.
Day 2
McLeod Ganj to Triund (2,828m)
Classic 9km trek to Triund meadow. Camp overnight with views of the Dhauladhar range.
Day 3
Triund to Snowline Camp (3,200m)
Ascend through snow sections to the high snowline camp. Technical training on snow.
Day 4
Snowline to Lahesh Cave Base Camp (3,500m)
Trek to the ancient Lahesh Cave base camp. Further crampon and ice axe practice.
Day 5
Base Camp to Moon Peak Summit (4,235m)
Summit push at 3am. Technical ridge climb with harness and rope. 360u00b0 views from summit. Return to base.
Day 6
Descend to Triund
Full descent back through Snowline to Triund. Celebration dinner at camp.
Day 7
Triund to McLeod Ganj u2014 Departure
Final trek down to McLeod Ganj. Certificates and departure.
